TerraNova Survey (TNS)  a diagnostic test offered in the fall and spring covers subjects required by law:  Reading, Language Arts, and Math.  Calculators permitted, but not necessary, for 5th  through 8th grades.

TerraNova Plus (TNP)  offered in the fall and spring for parents who want a more in-depth diagnostic breakdown of their child’s learning levels.This optional diagnostic testsection measures achievement in the following subject areas:  Language Mechanics, Spelling, Word Analysis, Vocabulary, Mathematic Computation, Science, and Social Studies.

Please note, students tested in the fall would be tested with the previous year’s test.  Example:  3rd grade student would take the 2nd grade test.

Wide Range Achievement Test (WRAT)  offered in the spring is a non-threatening, short/concise test, meeting the letter of the law while giving accurate grade level.  It covers Reading Recognition, Spelling, and Math Computation.
